INSTALLATION MANUAL FOR R7
Connection and fastening do not require special knowledge and can be done by anyone.
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
Two things can damage the work of the plates :
- if you cut them into pieces
- if you expose them to extreme electromagnetic radiation. We had cases when some plates after the airport scanner stopped working. Not all, but some of them. So better hold them with you. Also, we can presume that in some laboratories such extreme radiation can be found. We can not say now what levels are dangerous. In general where it is safe for the human body - it is safe for our plates.
INSTALLING
R7 plate has to be installed for diesel engines - near the bottom of the fuel tank,
for gasoline engines in one of the places - on the negative battery wire or on the fuel tank.
INSTALLATION OF NEGATIVE WIRE
Remove the device from the paper backing and wrap it around the wire coming from the NEGATIVE terminal of the battery, as shown in the figure.
Do not remove the insulation from the cables.
The orientation of the device and the distance to the terminal can be arbitrary. Wrap the insulation tape on top for additional protection.
It is also allowed to attach the device in the form of a flag to the cable, as shown below. Orientation doesn't matter. The edge of the flag must touch the cable.
If there are two batteries in the car, then you need to attach the plates to the wires leading to the car.
INSTALLATION ON THE FUEL TANK
R7 can be installed on a tank made of any material.
ATTENTION - special models of devices are needed for aluminum tanks. Let your manager know if you have aluminum tanks.
In a truck, use two devices for each tank.
Attach the R7 to the fuel tank outside at any place CLOSE TO BOTTOM OF THE TANK by any glue or Scotch tape.
It is necessary to place plates at the bottom of the fuel tank because when there is little fuel in the tank, the devices will still continue to charge it.
We suggest putting the R7 plates under the fixing stripe, which is fixing the fuel tanks. Put the plates between the stripe and the fuel tank. For this loosen the stripes, and cover the R7 plates with one-two layers of Scotch tape to give extra protection.
If the truck has several fuel tanks then put a separate plate on every tank. Better closer to the middle of the tank. The range of influence of the plate is around 0.5 meters. If you have such a giant fuel tank that from the place of installation of the FUEL plate to the border of the fuel tank will be more than 0.5 meters you can consider putting several fuel plates on the tank.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
You can use any additional plastic or metal covering for the plates to protect them from external damage.
You can band the plates as you like.
You can place the plates in any position - vertical, horizontal or any other.
Plates can be rearranged to another car. When removing the plates, do not damage them. Otherwise, they will lose their property.
The service life of the plates is 10 years or more. In fact, only the destruction of the plates from weathering or careless handling is limiting the service life. If treated properly they can work an unlimited amount of time.
The plates do not require any maintenance.
Plates are not afraid of contamination with ordinary dirt.
Plates work in the -200 C to +110 C temperature range.
They can be immersed in water to any depth.
Avoid mechanical damage and fractures of the plates.
If a large amount of gasoline or oil gets on the plates, they can collapse, like all plastics. Therefore, do not immerse the plates in gasoline or solvents.
No additional connection steps are required. After being installed on the cable and fuel tank, the plates start working automatically.
After installing the plates, their activity increases gradually and reaches full working capacity after 48 hours.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our devices do not change the property of the fuel instantly but within a few hours. Therefore, in order to achieve maximum efficiency and maximum savings, we recommend refueling not when the tank is already empty, but when there is still about 25 percent of fuel left. The old fuel will mix with the new fuel and the new fuel will be structured faster.
ATTENTION
Our device creates micro-radiation, which is transmitted not only to fuel but also to car parts. And these details themselves also begin to be a source of radiation. After removing the device from the car, the car parts continue to radiate and affect the fuel for about a month. Therefore, if you want to check the efficiency of our device, then first measure the flow rate without our device, and only then with our device.
If you do the opposite, then the car parts will continue to affect the fuel and you will get the wrong result. Therefore, ALWAYS measure first without our device, and then with our device.
